It takes practice. They turned my local Walmart into a super Walmart and I was so mad. I used to be able to navigate well in the smaller store. I knew where everything was. Now I go to this much bigger Walmart and I actually know where they keep the bread and the fans and the yarn, because I have had to walk the place until I found what I was looking for. Walmart just makes me mad, I can never find anyone to help me locate things, and they are always out of stock of what I want. I just go there because certain things are cheaper.

This is an era of one-stop shopping and super centers. In other words, you can buy everything in one place, including groceries, pharmacy items, cosmetics, toiletries, pet products, gardening supplies, incidentals, stationery, potted plants, clothing, shoes, accessories, gifts, electronics, TV's office and school supplies-- the list goes on. There is also banking service, optometry, photography, etc. And yes, a road map would help tremendously. But if you're a regular shopper there, you get to know where all items are located. This is not a plug for Wal-Mart, but since you asked...........

I shop there because it's inexpensive, it has everything I need under one roof (no having to go to several different stores) and the gas stations they run are typically cheaper as well. After a few trips, you get it figured out. Plus, most of the Super Wal-Marts near me have self check-out lines if you only have a couple items. I love Wally World!

I don't think they have Walmart where I live. (Australia) But I have heard it's huge like a city in it's self. So I'm not surprised you would have difficulty navigating such a place. I know I would have the same problem. But once you get to know where everything is Walmart won't seem so huge anymore. Sounds strange but is indeed true.

I'll be blunt here...
Ever think maybe a low ammount of intellect can be attributed to not being able to find your own way around in a store?
I really see the proof in the wording of the question...
Omg the vocabulary is like as bad as like, whatever.

No offense, but I find it surprising you never visited a Wal-Mart before then. I go into Wal-Mart frequently because they have great prices, and sometimes I can't find what I want but I know the store pretty well, except if I go into another I am not familiar with. Their layout varies.

At first you have to ask where things are but once you've been a couple times you figure it all out...just like with any big store. I don't undersand how people can find there way around malls...I ALWAYS get lost!

Your a spoiled rich girl, just call it a hunch. It must have been nice. To answer your question people go to wal mart for the prices not the ambience.

shopping at walmart is kinda like an acquired taste. you had to have grown up by your mom's cart looking around for quite awhile before actually having it down (target and sears grand have the same general layout, they're just smaller)
email me and i'll tell you as far as i know ^-^

Well Wal-Mart is a big place but they have those signs hung from the ceiling and it helps alot. after, when you go there more than a few times, you'll know where everything is!!
Good && WEIRD question but glad to help!
