How do I turn an 11 point grading scale into a 4 point scale?

I'm signin up for college, and my high school uses an 11 point grading scale, I need to turn it into a 4 point scale

If you have an A+,A,A-,.....,C-,D,F scale then 9,10,11=4 or simply A+,A,A- =4...Likewise 6,7,8=3 and 3,4,5 =2, 2=1,1=0.

If it is some other system or grades are weighted, you will need to talk with that college and your high school guidance counselor.
