Olive trees varieties can be found hardy to zone 8. If the temperature drops below 20 the will suffer & the branches will die back. If the temperature goes below 15 the tree may die.

I would think not because of the cold long winters. Olives usually grow in a more tropical climate.

you can try, but the snow and cold (especially the ice fog and thunder snow might kill'em)
Olives need heat and dryer soil than CO has.
