we all know about the whole sunday start for birth control. well, this week I ended up getting my period on sunday morning....so I figured taking it late sunday night / early monday morning would be okay. so I took it then [ 2am sunday /monday].
my period lasted 2 days, there was nothing tuesday, and now tonight [wed.] theres a lil bit there. did I do something wrong?....should i have waited a whole week to start taking the pill again?? i'm just confused by this.

Since you are just starting the pill, your cycle will probably be messed up the first couple of months. Your body needs to get used to the hormones you are taking.
You mention taking the pill again, was this not your first pack of pills? If this was not your first pack of pills, you should have just continued on to the next pack at the correct time. After your week of non-active pills, or week off the pill for the 21 day packs, you should immediately start your next pack of pills, regardless of what your period is doing.

If you start the pack on sunday, you should get your period on tuesday. Perhaps this one was just a fluke.
What ever day you want your period, start the pack 2 days before that.

You did everything just fine. Your period will probably be a little irregular this time because you're introducing new hormone patterns. It's nothing to worry about.
