Yes and it covers passengers too. Some dont get the insurance because they can use their regular medical policy.

Your best insurance is leather, fella. I don't know about you, but I'd rather sweat than bleed.
If you can't afford full coverage AND medical payments, there's probably a reason. I only pay $34/month for all that on a 600cc sportbike, and have had one crash in five years that wasn't my fault.

Call Allstate. I don't remember the particular details of my policy, but I do know medical is covered. That's also on a liability only policy.
