Make little flower vases using the paper and cans--then put little flowers inside and sell for a dollar. For an easy but neat vase is to use a construction paper to wrap around the can, then take small bits of thin colored paper (such as crepe paper) that is cut into squares and paste them on top of the paper. Finally, paint or spray a gloss on top of it--it'll look like stained glass. The best bet is to just make chocolate chip cookies and kool-aid. Sell each for a quarter each cookie or cup. Hot dogs are a hit at rummage sales too, and you can bundle it as a "meal" at a "discount" from buying everything separate. (Customers love thinking they're getting a good deal!) The other thing you can sell is sloppy joes. An easy recipe to do (without using a can of Manwhich), is to brown 1 pound of meat and a small onion, then drain. Then, add a teaspoon of ground cloves, one tablespoon of vinegar, three tablespoons of ketchup, and a tablespoon of mustard. Stir and let simmer. You might want to add more ketchup and mustard, especially if you want it to sit in a slow-cooker. The sauce should be enough to cover all of the beef and look orangish.

Actually, most towns will not allow new things in a yard sale, no crafts. Only old things from your house. But you could try wrapping paper around the soup cans to make pencil holders.

When my little brother had his bday party, my mom took a whole bunch of cans, wrapped them in fabric(paper could substitute, but try using decoupage to protect it once its done) and attached foam figures of cars to them(which im sure you can find print outs for online).

You can substitute them, use flowers/teddybears/balloons, etc. attach ribbon to make a handle and they replace goodybags. If you make sets of them you can sell them as leftover party favors...theyre really easy and people love them cuz theyre different and creative....
