It isn't just Asian Americans many Asians have a hard time saying these letters. I know these letters are not really used in Japanese for example Reizoko is pronounced day zoh koh This means refridgerator by the way. I sorry it annoys you but people all of the Earth talk different. so why don't you try some manners next time.

You try speaking some other language where you have to roll your "r"s or pronounce some words through your nasal, etc. and see how unnatual you sound trying to have a conversation. It is difficult for some foreigners (not just Asians) to learn to speak English and pronounce the words correctly.

Yeah, they switch l's and r's, but that's just the idiom of their native speech habits, and like any foreign language, such an accent is retained. The asians probably think we talk weird.

I thought the one about the Cadillac in the eye was funny, though, I had to admit.....

That's pretty racist don't you think? How would you feel if you went to France and tried to learn their language and then they made fun of you? At least Asians try to learn the language unlike some other groups.
