Just stop looking at the half naked chick. And don't think about nudity or sex when you're in those places. And no, definately don't go see a doctor about it. There is nothing "wrong" with you. The doctor might be all to eager to invent some excuse to inapropriately medicate you for his own financial gain and cause you permanant harm in the process. You just have to learn to temporarily shut off the sex circuit in your brain so you can deal with the public.

This is pretty common, especially in pre-adolescent or adolescent boys. I would just try to sort of "think yourself" out of the problem when it comes on -- when you feel it starting up, force yourself to think of something ridiculously unsexy, like, say, Donald Rumsfeld.

It's not nearly as noticeable to others as you probably fear it is, by the way. In my experience, jeans tend to kind of conceal it a bit more than regular slacks do, and you can wear a long, untucked shirt for a bit more disguise if you are concerned. But, for the most part, other people are unlikely to notice. I wouldn't worry quite so much about it. Eventually, you'll figure out a way to keep it from happening quite so often, and the problem will go away altogether.

Because things like this are new for younger guys. They havent learned to control them yet. Other times it can be from something that excites them deeply. It doesnt even have to be a girl. I've known guys that would get one when they saw an expensive car, or boat. Usually though the emotions and excitement havent yet been stifled and controlled. It does get better for most. The moods have to be right and the pressures have to be low ( meaning stress) and you need the right amount of sleep and such, in order to have easier times when it's needed for it to happen.

I remember a really smart boy in my speech class getting enormous erections during his speeches. He was so well endowed you couldnt help but notice it. It just kind of started as a bulge and then grew until it wormed its way up. I was not the only one who saw it either.
Our speech teacher was gay and I think he was diggin it.
I say quit staring at the girl or masturbate in the john before the speech.

Well, its certainly not your fault. Welcome to human anatomy.

And, though some women clearly dress to provoke, at least these days it is their perogative. However, it is also your perogative to think less of them.

That is, the reply to "if you got it, flaunt it" is "yeah, if that's all you got..."

Generally you are far more concious of the feeling then others will be - that is, it isn't all that noticable due to folds in clothing, etc.

If you feel that it is overly noticable, then yeah, you'll end up trying to think about other things (Donald Rumsfeld IS a pretty good place to start)...

There are ways of "taping" your anatomy but they'll be VERY uncomfortable.

Fortunately, puberty DOES end.

Well first this type of "erection" is not caused by sexual feeling.......A hard-On is just massive blood flow to a certain area of the body, if you wanted too you could have your shoe's tied too tight and loosen them before you speak.Or place several rubber bands on your wrist real tight jus before you speak get that blood goin other places....

if staring at a scantily clad gal while speaking gets you hard, then next time, stare at a guy. Otherwise, you better get used to showing erection bulges while speaking.
