GREAT QUESTION!!!

throughout my not-so-long life, i've always been in search of ways to improve my physical and mental strength. i have found some minor ways, though they may not be significant.

my question: "is there a method (or series of steps/methods) that can fully release the ultimate inner strength in me, that i can have control over?"

if it's possible, i'd also want to have 100% control of my brain, not just 10%. yup.

If there's a God, why are there such inequities in the world? How can it be that some people are selected and blessed in every conceivable way, while others suffer excruciating pain, poverty, starvation, disabilities, etc.. This unequal treatment is evident throughout the world to members of the animal kingdom as well.

Why you would do this to yourself? Plaguing one's self sounds like a terrible way to live and a very unpleasant chain of thinking. I suspect that it could almost become an obsession.

What would happen if we learned how to use our full potential? What if we didn't use only a certain percentage of our brain, but all of it? What are the limits to the human potential? Or are there any limits at all?

What actually IS reality? Is there a concrete reality that is existing all the time? Or is reality only what we observe and perceive it to be? Or are we creating reality by our observations?

If I am truly intelligent or it is only my imagination. If I am truly good, or just living another way to live. If I am truly gifted, or just wanting to feel special. If I am truly introvert, or just a secret misanthrope. If I am truly authentic, or just going through yet another step up toward an ultimate self.
