I know it is wrong but I am not homophobic because I don't hate gay people. Ironically and think gays have the best personalities for some reason, anyway I think being gay is a lifestyle choice and I may not like what they do but that doesn't mean I can't like the person

No it doesn't make you homophobic. It just means that you still have a correct perspective on right and wrong.

You have a right to feel the way you want . That is not what homophobic is about . They tend to be mean and hateful and can not stand the way we are and think it should be stopped . And I have to say it's not a choice , I would have never made a choice to live like I had to years ago . ( in total fear of being beat or worst . ) Who would choose that . And would it make it better if I had gotten married to a woman with these feeling and made a mess out of both our lifes ? How would you feel if the guy you were with told you he was really gay .

You say you KNOW it is wrong like you're so sure that it is. What is so wrong about it?

You seem a little confused because you say it is wrong but then go on to say that you like gay people. You're lying to yourself somewhere. Either you like gay people or being gay is wrong...it's usually one or the other but NEVER both! If you really do like gay people it seems to me like you could be living in an area where diverse personalities are not accepted so you feel obligated to state that gay is wrong in which case maybe that's not the best living situation for you. I could be way off but it's just a thought so you can get your wheels turning and discover on your own why you feel that way.

it extremely is an extremely good factor. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that the homophobic christians comes from •Lev. 18:22, •Lev. 20:13 and extra. worry is used to maintain people who're homosexuals away with the aid of asserting "be positioned to dying" in •Lev. 20:13 and human beings not inheriting the dominion of god in •Cor. 6:9-10. And christians cherry %. each and every thing so as that they don't use genuine good judgment, they use the coolest judgment of those statements or statements that they like.

Well, if that's true you are different because most people who say homosexuality is wrong usually hate the person and don't think they have good personalities or morals.

To not be homophobic you have to tolerate the lifestyle and the person.

T ignore all the evidence to the contrary and just make a random decision that being gay is a choice is irrational.

Homophobia is an irrational fear of homosexuals or homosexuality.

So, yes, I think it is fair to say you are a homophobe.

The good news is that homophobia, like all mental illnesses, is treatable. You can get better!

Where do all these straight people get off making decisions for others about what is a life style and what isn't. Do you think I just decided one day to be gay. When did you decide to be heterosexual?? You are being very patronising. Liking the person means you like everything about them. I mean I come as a whole package, sexuality and everything, and I am not going to deny a part of me to suit some else's taste.

If you say that homosexuality is wrong for you, that may be true. If you are not sexually attracted to the same sex you would not be homosexual, and for you homosexual behavior would be wrong.

The definition of homophobia includes disapproval as well as prejudice against homosexual individuals. If you say that homosexuality is wrong for everybody, you are saying that your viewpoint should be shared by everyone else, including those who have a genuine sexual attraction to the same sex. If you are saying that homosexuality is wrong for everybody, then that would make you homophobic.

I wouldn't say you are homophobic unless you are hypersensative about appearing gay or if you respond violently when a same sex person hits on you. Or if you try to prevent others from engaging in homosexuality.

why do you feel you need to make it known to the world that you oppose homosexuality? Some need to try and make yourself feel superior?

What the **** do you even know about homosexuality? Are you another one of these straight morons who are going to tell me why I'm gay???? Do you know how arrogant that is.

You know NOTHING about what it is to be gay or how someone becomes gay. You are about the LEAST qualified person to even have an opinion on it. If you want to know if being gay is a "choice" then take a minute to come down from your ******* pedastal and try asking someone who would know.....like a gay person!!!

I could care less what you think or if you are a homophobe or not. I do know one thing though....when it comes to the subject of homosexuality.....you dont know ****.

idiot.

I used to think it was a choice but I have since changed my thought process after learning two very good friends of mine are gay and talking about this with them. Saying homosexuality is bad is your opinion...no matter how ignorant some may think you opinion is.
