i heard from people that sleeping with bra on can prevent breast from growing bigger. is that true???? does anybodi know? why? and is there any health risk to it? wearing bra 24/7

your breast size is determined by percentage of body fat and genetics, a bra will make no difference.

there is no truth to what you were told. if they're going to grow, they will. there is no health risk to wearing them all the time, that i know of. i have heard that wearing a bra at night keeps them were they belong but i doubt there's any truth to that either.

no, your breasts will keep growing if you are in the age of developing still. I've heard that too much pressure over your chest are might be harmful and cause health problems.

no it won't restrict growth but its very uncomfortable
make sure your bra fits perfect if ur going to sleep in it

No. It won't help. Try losing weight. If you lose weight you lose it all over you body not just you're breast.

i don't think so. i wear a bra to bed and they certainly have grown.

ive heard that too. but im not sure.
but if you dont, your breasts will sag.
just dont wear one to sleep. it will be very uncomfortable
