I've never tried it myself but I'm not a big fan of organs. I'm also picky about what types of meets I eat, so even if I did try some I probably wouldn't like it. But I could end up likeing it.

Abominable, awful, beastly, detestable, foul, ghastly, gross, gruesome, hideous, horrid, horrific, icky, loathsome, lousy, nasty, nauseating, noisome, objectionable, obnoxious, odious, offensive, repellent, repugnant, repulsive, revolting, and yucky!
But I'd say the same for regular liver, too! :D

UGH!! my dad used to eat that , in like a stew . It sickened me so much I actually started to vomit it. NEVER ate it again
