How many times is the moon full each month? Does it vary? Also, does anyone know a good site where I can see what dates the moon was full a few years ago?

Try the site below. Go to "data services" and then to "phases of the moon". You'll find all of them, from 1700 to 2035 (year, month, day, hour and minute).

The moon is usually full once a month. Sometimes we may observe two moons in one month, in which case the second moon is referred to as a "blue moon."

Here are the dates you wanted:

Most calenders have moon phases on them. It's the best way to keep up with when the moon is in which phase.

The moon is full every 28 days so it is possible to have two in one month.
