To Buzz S :

I have been studing with the JW's since I was 12. I admit that it seemed rather boring to me when I was younger, and didn't quite understand what I was hearing.
I was baptized at the age of 16, and now I'm 19. I would drather go to a convention or assembly over a sporting event ,movie, or get-to-gether,anyday. The spiritual food is uplifting and upbuilding, and now that I understand what I hear, I would be heartbroken to miss a convention or assembly...

The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is at this address:
Jehovah's Witness - Kingdom Hall
740 Monticello St
Somerset, KY 42501

The assemblies and conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses are held at larger meeting places that can seat a thousand or several thousand attendees. Also, they are usually located centrally in an area with enough lodging convenient for those who must travel to the event. It seems unlikely that Somerset has the right combination of facilities to host an assembly.

There is an Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Indianapolis, and that is only about 150 minutes from Somerset, KY. It seems likely that Jehovah's Witnesses and their guests travel to Indianapolis for their assemblies.

Indianapolis Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses
1201 N Delaware St
Indianapolis, IN 46202

I would suggest that you talk to the JW's about that and not post here where we don't know the answers to this question. Why would you want to go somewhere like this? I have been to a couple of assemblies and it is pretty boring stuff and the majority of the people are asleep. If you want to sleep, a bed is more comfortable than those stuffy fold down chairs!
