Okay. Lets say you're my best friend, and I just told you I was a lesbian. How would you react? Would you think differently of me?

If you were my best friend, then you'd already know that I've got plenty of lesbian friends. You'd know that your sexuality, whatever it might be, is no big deal to me.

why would i think differantly of you? being a lesbian doesnt change who you are as a person, i mean, its not like coming out to me is suddenly gonna turn you into something completly differant...and if i was your friend i would have had a slight inkling you were a lesbian anyways, so it wouldnt be that much of a shock to me. at most i would be weirded out for like, a day, but then i would be back to normal

Um I would act normally. No different.
This has actually happened to me... sort of. My Best Friend told be she was bi. I don't know... its no big really. I'd stay friends with you. The only thing that would make me think differently of you is if you started hitting on me... but that's just me I get creeped out when ANYONE hits on me.

No, I wouldn't. I have many Gay & Lesbian friends who feel very comfortable with their sexuality around me, because the bottom line is straight, gay, lesbian, you're still a person, and you'd still be my friend.

: )

I've never had a problem with lesbians.... so if you were my best friend and told me of your lesbianism, I would not stop being your best friend and vice-versa.

It wouldn't bother me at all. I've knows several lesbians, and I don't treat them any differently then I treat anyone else. You live your life that way you want, and I'll live mine the way I want.

I would probably ask you a few questions about how you are dealing with it and if you needed any help.

I would not think differently of you.

Being a guy, I'd know better than to hit on you. But also, being a guy who enjoys friendships with women that don't involve sexual activity, I'd have no problem with us continuing to be friends.
