YES!!! Both tonite and last night, I have been pacing around and then stopping, just stopping and looking at the distance, looking across Oakland to San Francisco in the distant sunset, and looking and feeling and feeling and then ...... I can't explain it very well, but my mind goes there if I concentrate just a little, and I did and then I felt like I was across the bay, standing on a hill and in the trees on the coast and with the ocean water in my eyes, and then I let myself just go everywhere, (this happened to me once before) I was all over the world, in caves, in the rivers, with polar bears, in jungles, ........ it is a scary but wonderful mind trip I do when I feel this connection and pulling of my spirit out and suddenly everywhere.
This is what I was referring to a few days ago when I asked my fellow Witches if being especially sensitive to nature was scary sometimes.
It is so strong.............
edit: I wanted to add this. I have this feeling of tingling all over and my adrenaline has been pumping. I stand still and I feel the earth turning.............. it's like there is some electrical force surging in the air and like I can feel it on my skin, and I reach up and out and feel it flowing like honey through my hands, I can't explain it very well. I am relieved to read here that I'm not the only one who is feeling something...
what is it?

There has been something brewing in the Ether for some time now. It's getting stronger with each day and as it gets stronger more and more folks are becoming aware of it.I still don't understand or know what it is but I've had the sense that something's about to happen for a few weeks.

I too, am particularly restless tonight. I'm about to shut down to all outside stimuli and look to the inside for answers. I don't know if I'll be any more successful than I have been recently but I'm starting to feel as though it might be time for me to take some drastic measures.

Ive been feeling extremely restless and nearly blocking out any love being sent my way. Im a very open and loving person and I feel as if a cage is being put around. I keep looking west but not in distress, i look in the direction of hope.

It was building and building for weeks but has faltered the last day or two but that may be from the company I keep. Still when I commune the doors open and it's all still there. It's rippling through us, it only hits us in common when we're IM each other I think. We should consider a Y!Messenger conference of Cosmics and friends...

Last evening my family and I reveled in the ordinariness of our day...two years ago Hurricane Katrina destroyed our community and so the day of bill paying, cooking, cat care and hot, humid weather without a cloud in the sky was magical to us...because ordinary life is special...that day, Monday August 29th, 2005 came back to me in flashbacks...
At 8am I remembered the power going out and the storm surge rolling in on us, taking our former life with it back out to sea, at 10am I thought of all the people fighting for their lives and some not winning, at 2pm I remembered how exhausted I was and I fell asleep laying on the tile floor in the end of my hallway, at 4pm I remember the wind finally starting to slack off and knowing that meant the eye of the storm was on top of my parents home, 150 miles to the north...I remembered last night as I lay down to sleep how hot and quiet it was the night after the storm, no sound of nature, hearing a gunshot once in a while in the pitch black, not knowing where my daughter was and just refusing to believe she could be dead, even though she lived across the street from the Gulf of Mexico...wondering how my elderly parents were doing, all alone out in the country without power or telephone...so no, last night was a night of incredible contentment...my daughter watched TV with me and I talked to my Mother on the phone...life is sweet...

Funny you should mention it. I took out my large scrying mirror earlier and faced it toward the east facing window . I wiped down my altars and rearranged my crystal matrix and put fresh flowers in my offering bowls and faced all my crystal skulls to the east also..perhaps i am alot restless, and tea on the front porch in a lightning storm i would be delighted. its hot and yucky in cali. today..Peace

Well I'm sitting here at the beginning of a lightning storm and it is wonderful. I wish you all could join me. We could sit on the porch and watch natures light show and I would serve you all some *tea*. *sip*

I do feel it as well, like there is a shift happening. I wish I knew what it is, but believe me you are not alone. I should break out my deck and crystals, but who knows what I might learn lol
