Ketchup or Mustard or both?

I like ketchup more but there is too much sugar and it's not really good for you so I mostly eat Mustard, it has no carbs, no fat, no sugar etc...

Ketchup. I really like the real French mustard I had when overseas, but can't fin it here. However, I do like mustard on hot dogs at a football or baseball game. But ketchup is the best all around.

Mustard. I don't like ketchup by itself, i like it mixed with mustard or mayonaise for french fries though.

Depends what Im eating them on, I like mustard on Italian sausage, but I like both on hot dogs!
