Time for the "wide-stanced" senator to resign, IMO.
I highly doubt he is as innocent as he claims. Even if, as he claims, he didn't intend to solicit an encounter, I don't want someone in office who would plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit, especially considering the difficulty the prosecution would have had proving Craig's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in this case.
