it is all a power of the mind & how you perceive things..
if you keep thinking with that negativity then i guess it is some kind of universal force for bad things to keep circling around you..
rather than thinking that things can't get any worse it's best to try to piece things back together & try to learn from them...
some of the hardest times have the best lessons...

Actually I'm getting pretty good at picking when it's going to happen. Still don't seem to be able to avoid it though.
