1. I have been sitting.
This means that I am currently sitting and I have been sitting for some period of time before now. Maybe two minutes, maybe four hours.
This might be used in this situation:
"Would you like a seat?"
"No, thanks, I have been sitting in my office all day. I'm ready to stand for awhile."

2. I would have been sitting.
This sentence is talking about something in the past. It implies that the speaker was not sitting, but would have been IF some other condition had existed. This might be used in the following way:
"I have been standing here for the past hour. I would have been sitting, but there weren't any more chairs available."
It might also be used in a situation like this:
"If your sister had not called to let me know that you were not coming, I would have been sitting here waiting for you for hours."

1. I have been sitting...this is past tense, stating that you were sitting but now you are not.

2. I would have been sitting...this is past tense stating that you would have sat but something else has intervened.
