cover girl pencil or mac liquid ...both last all day and definatley dont smear .....they are peeeeerfect hope it helps

Dior Addict, or Chanel... ahh-mazing! Even though they are a little expensive...its worth it! Dior is great for that perfect percision defining line, and Chanel is amazing for that "little bit smudged" look! I have 8 of them...and they come off easily with make-up remover...but stay on all day! (even if you have gym class)
Also max facter is pretty good, it stays on for a long time too, for like 8 dollars and you can get it at CVS

I use to use covergirl and I was constantly checking it because it smudged easily. This kind, I don't check it.

I use liquid eye liner, it stays on all day and does not smudge.
