If I go to the International Academy of Design and Technology and get my associates there in Multimedia Design or in Marketing and Advertising would I be able to transfer to UCF? Is IADT actually a credable school or not, and do Universities accept it? Thanks

IADT is nationally accredited (NA) by The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools which is legitimate and recognized by the US Dept of Education.

UCF is regionally accredited (SACS) which is a higher level of accreditation than national.

Generally speaking, an RA college will not transfer courses from an NA college. They can transfer them though if they want to, but there is no requirement.

It is possible for you to achieve transfer or equivalent credit by assessment (you take the test for the class) but don't expect that they will automatically take that credit.

The only way to know for certain is to ask.
