Scene kids?!?

Question

Ok, I know I probably sound retarded, But wtf is a 'scene' kid? Is it a web thing I haven't heard of, or do we not have them in Australia maybe..?

Yessss, we have those... Like girls that dress emo, but act like little princesses.. So full of themselves..!
I've been calling them 'Elmos!' haha
And their Myspace sites are full of photos of themselves TAKEN by themselves..!

They're those emo kids. At least they dress like them.

You'll tend to find scene kids on myspace with at least 5000 friends on it, and each picture is a really cliche picture of them in the bathroom, pursing their lips, and looking unbelievably stupid in the process.

They're ALL OVER in the US. God they're stupid. The girls take pictures of their feet in the bathroom and the boys try and look hot by lifting up their shirts. Search for them on myspace in the US for kids about 16 or 17 and you'll find a bunch of them. They're mainly White kids.
