In Norway, for language, what are the ways they communicate their thoughts, feelings, and knowledge? Besides speaking Norwegian. Please Help?!

Same as in other countries.
Next to the spoken communication there is non verbal communication. All the little things you do without noticing, like smiling, shrugging and so on.
If needed they will read and write.
And I am sure they have a formal sign language, as taught in schools for deaf people, and an informal sign language that all people know to a certain extent, (like each country has.)

The Norwegians often speak English as second language, so if needed, they can switch to English when communicating with someone who does not speak their own language. (Or Swedish, German or whatever other languages they happen to know.)
