DeVille never actually killed any dogs, but she tried to kill 101 of them! All in the name for fashion! So, who had the worse intent(ignoring the fact that she is not real)? And don't forget that DeVille wanted to kill puppies!

Cruella was an individual with a bad idea. Nobody ever looked up to Cruella. And she never actually got to kill anything. Vick is part of an underground culture supported by thousands. Vick was just the one who got nailed! He USED TO BE an example to young black men all over the country, in both the inner city and suburbs. Theyr'e the ones with the most to loose. Maybe they caught this part though...His buddies turned on him. Testified against him in exchange for a lesser sentence themselves. 2 lessons to learn here...Don't fight or abuse or kill dogs, it's against the law, and don't do anything else illegal with your "homies" cuz, they ain't got your back! SO, I'd have to say Vick's behavior negatively impacted more human lives and therefore, he is worse.

Cruella Deville tried to make vick a custom fitted speedo made out of dalmations, since Vick's "stuff" was too big he needed a special type of speedo to hold up his "stuff"

Michael Vick is worse. A) as you said...he is real, and B) he did kill dogs...not only that, but he EXECUTED them. She (if she were real) wouldn't have participated...she'd have her henchmen do it. Also...she may not have CARED how they died, but she wouldn't have complained if they'd been killed more humanely than Michael Vick did.
The character Cruella was vain (which is no excuse) and there are a lot of real people who wear fur (albeit, not DOG fur if they can help it, and again...I disagree with that too) but Michael Vick took PLEASURE in something elses death and pain. That's much more sick and twisted to me.
