I have this 'freind' that is staulking me. she calls me about 30 times aday, litterally. and the other night i told her that i did not want to be her freind anymore. so she called my other freind and was like, rachel is mad at you. so kristen ( the girl she called ) called me about 15 muinets later and was like, oh lauren said you were mad at me. and after i got all of that streightened out, ( now i have no idea how she did this ) but she logged onto my aim account and im'ed all of my freinds at like, ten o'clock, freaking half of them out because they thought it was me online saying that my name was lauren, and i was 15 years old, and i was asking them where they lived and stuff. is that illegal and is that something i can report her for if she keeps on calling me and im'ing me?

Yes this is illegal. If you look on your AIM account, you can report abuse. I had an ex-friend that was screening my account. I posted a blog that stated," My account has been accessed by an unauthorized user. The proper authorities have been notified and I am working with them to have the matter resolved. Sorry for the inconvience." Next, you need to change your passwords. Third, you need to stop addressing drama with your "friends". I understand that you are young, but someone has got to be the bigger person. Don't not allow a immature child to cause you stress. Drama can be lifelong if you do not start addressing it now. Ignore anything that does not cost you blood or money. If they are your friends then they will not need an explanation for some foolishness. Stop fueling the fire. She wants attention. By you posting IM and talking about it with others your are giving her attention. If you say it once that you will be going to authorities with the information you have and then refuse to discuss the matter any further, she will stop. Patience is the key. Do not even allow your friends to discuss it in your presence. Make them think that you have lost your mind. They will see that you are not the one to play with.

I would call your cell phone company and ask if you can block her number. I'm not sure about your AIM account. You should not have her bothering you that way. They have the cell phone records and they can see that she called you 30 times in one day. See what can be done. Maybe her parents need to be notified.

Unfortunantly there is not a way to prove this in the court of law.... Also, unless you had given her the info how did she log onto your im. As far as the stalking first you have to blantly tell her to stop contacting you. Then you can file restraining order!

If she is "posing" as you, like it sounds like she's doing, this is something you just DON'T DO. Actually, she's stolen your identity. See if there is any way you can report her on your account. See if there is a customer service or just someone you can report her to. This is really a NO NO on her part! I DO AGREE, change your whole account & completely delete the other one. You CAN DO THAT...

Sounds really freaky. I am not sure if it is illegal but stay away from them and change your password to something nobody would ever guess like say you love dogs you should maybe make your password Parrotlover4321. Something totally differant from your self!

uhoh drama. maybe telling your friend you didn't like her anymore was a little harsh. maybe she was calling you because she was going through a tough time and she needed someone to talk to and you pushing her away probably didn't help anything. did she have anything bad going on in her life? cause if she did you should feel like $#1+

Yes, its called harrassment and the police can definitely get involved. Warn her that you will go to the police if she doesn't stop. If you call them, they will stop by her house and give her a warning but hopefully, that won't be necessary.

You are 15? You should speak with your parents about contacting the girl or her parents. Don't do this alone.

stalking is a crime. Tell your parents, have them call her parents - and then if nothing changes, go to the police! or at least get a lawyer, that will scare them.
