it does and very inefficient. examples... all the BILLIONS of dollars sent to "victims" of hurricane katrina, and all the waste associated with it going into wrong hands.... this is but ONE example, there are many many others.

As long as we continue to pay our taxes and they continue to be the representatives of our supposed best interests... Of course, our present methodology for dealing with national issues should be revised so that we avoid the quagmire and actually achieve objectives that improve our country.
