I wish I could help. Thats a motor most boat repair guys will never come across. Fuel pump would be my guess. A routine tuneup($300-450) is all I can say. But even thats too much for the age of what you have. Go to the link below for help.

There are a few things that can cause no fuel delivery.
1st you should have a primer bulb that you squeeze to pump up fuel, check it, pump it, does it go from soft to hard (pressurized)? The motor should run, if it does, check the plug again to see if it has fuel now?
These bulbs go bad from time to time, easily replaced for around 20-30 dollars.
Next it could be the fuel pump, if after pumping up the bulb, it runs then dies, the pump diaphragm is probably bad.
As mentioned in other responses, the carbs could have been subjected to "bad gas", and are gummed up. Bad gas is gas which has been left in it untreated with a stabilizer for several months (like over the winter)
One more thing to check (2 actually) is fuel line leaks, check all connections, and hoses to make sure you are not pulling in air.
Finally there is a valve in the tank called an anti siphon valve, this sometimes goes bad. it's basically a check valve. It's kind of hard to locate and work on though.
I just went through all this with my boat, and (hopefully) got it fixed after replacing the primer bulb, and fuel pump. All that is left is the anti-siphon valve which I am dreading to have to change.

It sounds like it is a fuel problem. Could be that the carburetors are pluged and need to be cleaned and rebuilt. Also there is a strainer in the fuel system on the side of the engine. This is the cover for the fuel pump. It has a fine screen in it. Make sure that the gas tank is clean also and has fresh gas/oil mix. Check the fuel lines from the hose fitting to the fuel pump.

Check fuel strainer in the carburetor and change the plugs. If the fuel line is tight and the plugs are new and the fuel is good, it will probably run. On these engines, 90% of the time the problem is plugs.... even if they 'look' OK.

The litley cause is a dirty carburettor. Try pouring fuel in to the cylinder and see if it starts. If you do this it might build enough pressure to get rid of the blockage. If this doesent worke you will have to take the carburettor off

any spark at all will work on that old baby. you need to make sure the carbs. are clean, the reeds are functioning, and you have 100# compression on all. look for any bolts that might be loose or missing on the front half of the engine.
