there are no states that allow you to run a vehicle on the road without mufflers, if your glasspacks aren't loud enough I would suggest that you get a hearing test.

I don't think that it is legal to remove a muffler if it originally came with one new from factory.

If you dont have an inspection you should be safe.... and as long as you are not too loud that the cops will chase you.....
