I think everybody does this at one time or another. I didn't think anybody else did it until I saw the movie Cabaret with Liza Minelli, and she used the noise of the overhead train passing by to cover up her screaming. It's great for getting out frustration, it works, it's cheap, and no one will catch you if you do it on the interstate while driving (with no one else around.) Otherwise, it may bring unwanted attention (like if you're sitting in your car screaming and a bunch of other people can hear you.)

Oh yeah! It's a great place to scream. I've even been driving and screaming at the same time. I usually roll up the windows because I dont want to get hauled off to the funny farm. I never do it when the cat is in the car. He doesnt care for it.

All the time.
If you've ever seen the scene in "Raising Arizona" where John Goodman and William Forsythe realize they left the baby behind after the bank robbery. That's what I look like when I'm driving. Needless to say, I hate driving.

Sure, who hasn't? We do that anytime a job doesn't work out. It's harmless if somewhat startling to passers-by.
