Just calm down. Relax, if you studied, the info will come back to you, even if you don't think so. You will mess up if your nervous, so take a few deep breaths before the test, close your eyes and just don't think about it until the test is handed out. Once you get it, stay cool; don't rush, take your time and answer everything to the best of your ability. If you get hung up on one, it's not the end of the world, you can still get a good grade, just skip it and come back to it later. If the test is in sections, and the point value for each section is marked, get the highest done first, like the essays, to allow yourself enough time to get the big points, then save the quick problems for later (multiple choice, short ansewer,. matching) so that if you can't finish, only minor points are taken a away. So just remember, study, get a good night's sleep before hand, and stay cool and relaxed when your taking it. I'm sure your smart, and if you study, you will do fine. Good luck.

Don't just cram the night before a test, piece it out several days before (as much as you can.) This way the information can be taken in gradually and naturally, without much pressure. This way you can simply review the night before a test and do pretty well.

Looking over notes every day after class also helps.

Also, when studying, make sure you're actually studying - turn off the music, turn off the TV, just eliminate other distractions. Focus on your work. 15 minutes of good studying is vastly preferable to 30 minutes of somewhat focused studying.

The main objective is to do quality study bit by bit over a few days, as it's a lot more efficient and less stressful than cramming.

I used to FREAK out with exams, my mind would go blank and i would freeze and FAIL all the time. My teachers were always in my reports "Such a good student who does well in class but when it comes to exams she is unable to show what she has learned"

There really is no easy way to over come it, you can make yourself more prepared by reviewing your class notes and stuff for an hour each day rather than CRAMMING all night before a test. If your tired, your emotions are going to go into over drive and your less likly to retain any infomation. Sit down and make up a study plan, you will train your mind eventually to stop the panic becuase you are more prepared

this always works for me because my test score is never below 85 what i do is take deep breaths and if you get stuck eleminate the 2 really stupid answers skip to next one and do the same . keep doing that until its finished and it should probaly take you 5 - 10 minutes now you figure out the answer but if you cant just guess . you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. i hope it works for you and others

You should consider seeing a therapist. Many people are supposedly bipolar which can sometimes progress into something worse like: Schizophrenia.I think many school kids these days are over burdened and can have these problems and symptoms. You should talk to your parents and school councilor about it.

i think you have an anxiety problem. maybe a form of OCD. regular people dont cry when the make mistakes in school. i think you should see a doctor (im not saying this is a mean way, just saying that it's not normal).
