I seriously doubt you would be able to sell baby guppies at all. In most areas these are called feeder fish and retail for about 5-10 cents each. Adult guppies can range from $0.50 to $20 each depending on quality. If these are young from typical pet store guppies I would expect the very lower end of that range.

If I were you, I would wait until a fish is an sdult or near maturity to sell it. For an adult, fancy guppy, I would sell it for $5-10.

when I was 8 I sold my babies to kids at school . I charged 1 dollar per fish.. However that was back in 79 not sure what they go for now. But the morale of the story would be. guppies breed like mice. Really no vaule to them.

First, look in your yellow-pages (or yahoo's yellow pages) and see if there are any local independent (mom & pop) tropical fish stores - they'd probably buy the from you. If there are none, then call your local petsmart or petco (the bigger chain stores), and ask if they'd be interested. If that doesn't work out, try craigslist online. That will keep your sale limited to your local area. Good luck!

You'd be lucky to get anything for chain store mutts.
