In one of my questions I said we needed a form letter in response to violation notices.
Do you think this will work?

Anybody is welcome to use this letter, I will be sending out three later today (1 for each of my 'new' violation letters) copy this, personalize it. I used their violation letter as a template for it.

I didn't think there were real people who send those violation
notices. I have sent in many letters (not as good as yours) and have never received a response.
