Yesterday, I got my hair trimmed & flat ironed, & the lady told me beforehand that she was gonna charge me $60. But she waited until after she finished my hair to tell me it was $100. & she kept switching her statement. 1 minute, she'll tell me my spilt ends are all gone, & the next minute, she told me I still have them, & that my hair is still damaged.

I had an experience similar to yours and I was pissed! I was so pissed that I actually cried because I felt like I got ripped off and I did!

Yeah, don't go back to her, AFTER you go back to her and tell her that she charged you extra but failed to fix the problem. Even at places like Supercuts, they will usually let you come in within a week to fix the haircut. She needs to fix it especially if she overcharged you.

I think that the hair stylist is stupid. You need to get a new one. Who in their right mind would pay $100 for a trim and style

I would have gave her $60.00 that's it and that's all...before a stylist can do anything else to your hair that you didn't request that requires a charge, they are supposed to tell you. I hope that was your last trip to that shop.

I don't think you should feel stupid but I do think the hairdresser is stupid... she doesn't sound like a very good one and I think you should get a new hairdresser.
