A few pardons, how about 421 over his 8 years in office?
How about whitewater, travelgate, Paula Jones trial (1st President to ever face civil action while in office) Monica
(of course that came from the Paula Jones case), All of the
people around the Clinton's that died in mysterious ways.
The dems have to nit pick to get things on Bush.

People will attack whoever is opposite of their view. Both Clinton and Bush have had numerous 'Scandals'. But what constitutes a scandal?
I agree with Barry auh2o, don't just listen to the hype or the hate. look into the situations from both sides.
I voted for Bush, twice! But not because I thought he was the best choice, because I thought he was the lesser of two evils. Now I am not sure.
But what I am sure of, Clinton lied and tried to play with words in order to confuse the issue. An issue that really had nothing to do with how he was running the country. So it should not have been an issue at all.
Bush, did he lie. I don't think so, I think that is political speak so that the other party has an issue to run on. Because it would take a very large conspiracy to get 2o + other countries, including Great Britain to go along with lie.
And lets not forget the fact that the Democrats had the same information the president had, Especially Kerry who was a member of the security council, and they all voted for the war.
So don't just be a lemming, do some research and come up with your own opinions, it is harder but it is more rewarding.

Actually there have been no scandals in the Bush administration. There have been a lot of politically motivated attacks by democrats but nothing that has even had a chance of sticking in the legal sense but then they dont care about that since it is all about smearing him publicly nothing more.
That certainly isnt to say I agree with everything he does but there is a difference between disagreeing and illegal activity. The only legal issue for Bush has been Libby and that was because he gave contradicting testimony about an act that wasnt illegal but he still technically lied so...
Clinton actually had the most people get convicted of crimes including himself and then there are the people who were close to him that ended up dead suspiciously.
And I actually was a big support of Clinton in 1992 but I learned quick
With Clinton people can point to factual evidence with Bush they present opinions and call them facts. It is one thing to disagree and I do on much, it is another to make every disagreement a scandal.

I'm glad to hear you're paying attention.
An important aspect if following politics is that you make up your own mind.Use your head, draw your own conclusions., and don't just follow the crowd.
Yes, there were scandals in the Clinton Adm, yes,. in the Bush Adm, and there will be in the Adm of whoever is elected in 2008.
So, glad to have you with us,and remember, form your own opinion, resist the temptation of others doing it for you.

Let us all not forget that Clinton and Gore also sold out secrets to the Chinese government. And also the personal FBI files of Clinton enemies that were strewn about the White House. What was it? A snafu if I remember. Clinton wins.

the attached site includes 34 scandals in the Bush Administration. Keep in mind that the number is actually MUCH higher than that as it is only for Bush's first 4 years.

I like to think of Bush as the "Teflon President". No matter what he does, no matter how illegal, nothing "sticks" to this guy.

Honestly, its a sad situation on both sides of the aisle in Washington. No matter which party is in control, we pay the bill. Arguing over who is worse really just distracts people from the true facts.

Actually Clinton was pretty tame compared to Bush. Sex is one thing, lying about terrorism to keep people on edge is quite another. Everybody knows that 9-11 was an inside job designed to draw the US into Iraq and to depose Saddam. If Iraqis wanted Saddam gone, they could have done so without our help.

In the words of Jay Leno, many years ago.: "What did we know about Clinton when we elected him '92? That he had affairs and he lied about it."
