coragryph, I've asked repeatedly for specific parts of the Constitution that have been violated. I ask this for a reason, if they have legitimately been violated, I would like to know. Most of the time, I get the warrantless wiretap, which as I'm sure you know, has been completely blown out of proportion. It isn't unconstitutional to "wiretap" foreign phone calls. Where the rub comes from is "calls originated in the US". All cell calls, foreign and domestic, are routed through the US. Second, they don't "tap" every phone call made or received in the US to or from foreign entities. They monitor the phone numbers, and when one pops up from know terrorists, they listen in. Most of these cell phones are disposible, so what good does it do to get a warrant for a phone that doesn't exist anymore. Anyway, you can e-mail me with your list if you want.

a thinking man or woman, relishes in providing facts to support their case, and if they have "knowlege of the truth", they have no problem supporting their statement with verifiable facts.

Many people don't know the specifics -- or they have given them so many times, that they have stopped wasting their time unless the person is actually interested.

If you want, I can list every clause of the constitution that Bush has violated, and the federal criminal statute that he has admitted violating as well as the statutes that the federal courts have confirmed he's violated.

But I've stopped mentioning it in most answers, because most people don't seem to care what the law actually says -- especially when it conflicts with their presumptions.

The constitution is not a suicide pact or a battering ram for implementing an Islamic state.

A thinking man or woman needs no specifics when they speak or have knowlege of the truth.

According to the Constitution only Congress and declare war, but presidents lately don't do that.

People either do not know the specifics, or they just do not feel like explaining it again.

Facts and proof don’t matter much to them. Emotion and what their handlers (Democratic elites and their funder’s) feed them is all that matters.
