Yes. It will not run well though because of the RAM. The site is the minimum requirements for it.

Windows XP requiers at least 128 Mb of random access memory(RAM) to run efficiently. Anything less would be a waste of time, not to mention microsoft's extensive updates list. You do realize that, if you were to do this all of the data on the HDD would be lost.

It will be a totally painful experience because of the slow speed. Microsoft recommends a minimum of 256MB. Even that will not be sufficient for most of todays software. I would opt for a minimum of 500MB, if affordable.

Sure but it will be very slow. Almost unusable, but you CAN install it.
