Yes, When I was in the Navy, 9-11, happened and we were two days out of Thailand. For the next 114 days we went without hitting any ports at all. And I was and still am Proud to say that I am Honored to have served my country, because of how the terrorist bombed our country.

I "lived" there too, long ago. Ca Mau, An Loc, and Cholon. Near Tran Hung Dao and Hai Ba Trung in Cholon.

yes i lived in Detroit during the riots and that was as close to a war zone as i want to get.
