No, it's not. You need to give your vagina and uterus time to heal, most likely it will take 6 weeks just as if you had had a baby full-term. You really need to speak with your doctor about this, follow his/her advice.

While it's less likely for you to conceive immediately after miscarriage or giving birth, it is not impossible. Not only that, but you leave yourself open to getting an infection or an STD by having unprotected sex. Just always use a condom.

too soon your cervix is open which leaves you at risk for infection no sex for a month
