I am renting a house in California, approx 2500 sf. I need to know water, trash, Gas and eletric etc.... Thanks som uch

The house is in San Diego County, there will be three adults living there.

California is a huge state with hundreds of cities and many , many service providers with different rates .

Also , the AC you need to survive in central cal is Not needed on the coast or up north .
Also , some of the older homes do Not have AC so your bill will be smaller but it will be 95 degrees inside .

What city? If you're on the coast your gas & electric will be under $100. Inland with a/c... closer to $300
