Wow! It sounds to me that your teddy has some serious unresolved issues that go back to his cub hood. Evidently teddy wasn't loved and cuddled enough as a toddler by a toddler. How is his fur? Is it worn down and is his stuffing coming out at the seams? Does he have both eyes or his button nose? Signs of wear are the equivalent to a happy teddy. Years of being drug around by the ears, or chewed on by an insecure child, slept on and years of general use indicate that your teddy was well loved.
It may be too late now to repair these damages as teddy has now become a psychopath and has no conscious or remorse for his behavior. You could try therapy with accredited psychoanalyst who specializes in the teddy psyche. This may take years. He is probably an anti -social personality, who appears charming but cannot be trusted. He is dangerous and the behavior will only escalate. Keep him away from other peers., Like Pooh and Smokey.
The first thing you will have to do is set out your bear traps at night before he starts roaming. Make sure you have your tranquilizer gun. Good luck my friend

The ungrateful little sod! He is a very lucky bear, to have his own honey pot. My bear now wants one as well! Take his pot of honey away from him, and tell him he will not get it back until he starts to behave himself. If this doesn't work, pack his bags and send him out into the big bad world so that he can be his own bear! Once he sees just how cruel the world can be to homeless bears, I'm sure he will soon be back, asking to be owned by you, and once again have a pot of honey. ( Of course, you could also just take out his voice box, that way you don't have to listen to his rantings).

Yes, I have a teddy bear. I have had it for years, and I keep him in a drawer where he can't escape and run around screaming at night. You might try putting yours in a drawer or closet with duct tape over his mouth to keep him quiet.

I think u should just let him scream and holler and let him get it out of his system because after all we can't really own any Teddy Bear as they r an entity unto themselves.

I had a dream the other night that my cat told me she's gay.
What kind of toilet paper are you using? A bear's a*s is really sensitive, you know. Maybe you should look into that.

Yes I do. Sounds like your bear is related to Chucky.

Boot him out the door, the ingrate, you gave him a roof over his head, and he does this! He needs to get a job and get out now, you raised him the best you could, your work is done!
