Baseball is americas pastime they are probably just weenies. My friends made fun of me for a while to until they played it and realized its really not that boring normally its the people that don't understand baseball that don't like it. If your friends are making fun of you because of a sport you like thats just kinda low to.

Get a more sophisticated group of friends. Baseball is far superior to football, basketball, hockey, or soccer, which are all basically the same game (they all involve getting a ball or puck into a basket or goal while the other team tries to stop you -- BORING).

Tell them it is cooler than soccer or what ever sport they like. and that baseball offers more of a variety between stadiums which makes the players adapt and show true athleticism.
