What week did you start dialating and effacing? and how far were you?

36 weeks: 50% effaced dilated to 1
37 weeks: 100% effaced dilated to 2
38 weeks (7 days after last exam) dilated to 4, my water broke the same day.

I was 100% effaced and 4cm dilated with my daughter by 34 weeks and had her at 37wks when my water broke. I was 1cm dilated, 100% effaced, +1 station with twins by 32 weeks went into labor then and was stopped and they were born at 34wks 5 days when I went into labor again. My last I was sealed tight, baby high up, barely effaced at 36 wks and went into labor and fully dilated in under 90 minutes 2 days after that check up where they said he may actually be a term baby..

At 40 weeks I was still only 1 cm and a tiny bit effaced. 5 days later I went into labor and I was 4 cm when they checked me. My daughter was born the next morning, 6 days late!
