I checked the products catalog from a local computer store to buy RAM cards, I want to get the 1GB then there are these 3 types. What do they mean, which is better? Also, do they have any negative effect on the video card if I mix up different types? (e.g. I installed a 512MB 128-bit AGP video card, what type of RAM would be the most recommended from those I mentioned?)

I'm sorry if I might not make sense, I'm very thankful there are people like you who understand techno-mumbo-jumbo and have the time to explain these things to confused consumers like me..
Please explain in the simplest way possible.

Thank you very very much!!

PS:
Here are some specs of my system, in case you might need them that would be helpful in solving my problem.
Intel Core2Duo 2.0GHz CPU 800FSB
AsusTek P5PE-VM motherboard

The Intel 865 chipset on your motherboard DO NOT support ddr2 RAM BUT just ddr-sdram. You should buy ddr 400 or PC-3200 (184 pins) and NOT anything that says ddr2 or PC2 (240 pins).

They are the SPEEDs of the RAM

PC533 = 533MHz
PC667 =667MHz
PC800 =800MHz

keep in mind there are other measures of speed for ram like the CAS latancy (4 is very good)

mixing RAM = bad, not for your vidoe card, but for your entire system performance, this is because only the exact same ram can run in dual channel mode, so if you buy 1 stick of CAS 4 800MHz corsair RAM, get the same thing!
