Last year in sixth grade i got a refferal for stabbing my friend with a pencil.Does this affect me from going to a good college or something like yale,stanford, or a university?

I've also been having very good grades like a's and b's but mostly a's and gotten straight a's 2 times if that affects anything...

No. As long as you turn your behavior around and it doesn't lead to bad references from your teachers, they don't count things like that.

No, you should be fine with the referral. Things that happen before high school don't count for college admissions purposes.
