I love Carrot Cake! Recently at work, we've been experimenting with cakes. Our most recent, Raspberry Lemon Cake, was phenomenal...and vegan-friendly!

the ones I make... LOL I like white cake with chocolate frosting, strawberry cake , and pineapple cake. Ok, it doesn't really matter to me when it comes to cake. LOL
