I'm having a hard time finding an agency. Can anyone recomend a good agency in or close to Washington DC?
Please don't tell me to look up agencies in yellow pages or wtvr.

theres 1 called model search america..... & there gunna b in las vegas, nevada in april... but im not sure if thats close 2 DC

Honey, the modeling industry, in the USA, is located in New York City. If you want to be a professional model, you have to live in NYC.
