I love scary movies, I think I may have seen nearly every single one. I eventually had to start watching the ones that were made in other countries! lol.
My most favorite foreign horror movie is a Tale of Two Sisters, its GREAT! I recently saw "Them" via a torrent...it just got released in the U.S. Pretty good movie, but the ending falters...but I was wondering if there were any more "must sees" that I wasn't aware of?

Ringu 1 & 2 are both very good, also you should also watch dark water and the eye. Ju-on (the grudge) is ok but doesn't make much sense :/.

If you liked Tale of Two Sisters.. I can recommend pretty much ANY Tartan Asia film.. I just buy them as I find them and have not been disappointed yet.. I would suggest Cinderella or The Ghost.. also, the new Afterdark Horror fest has one called Reincarnation which was great..

I expect you've already seen the Japanese stuff like 'The Ring' and 'The Grudge' and all that.
You could try 'Tesis' (Thesis), German film about students making snuff films.
'Anatomie' (Dissection), the Krauts again, this time starring Franka Potente who was in the first Bourne movie and 'Run Lola Run'.
'Apocalypto' is American but made in Mayan, if you want a more recent example.
As a Brit I can recommend my own country's '28 Days Later' and 'Dog Soldiers'.

Anatomy- a German movie about doctors-to-be and really scary stuff
The Eye- wonderful movie, must see
Ringu- I love the american version, but Ringu is quite creepy

if u want truly terrifying then have someone tie u down and make u watch the seven doors of death.its the right movie if the weird symbol in the movie is a sideways 21.worst movie ever!!
