FYI: There is no Mrs. Foley. Mr. Foley was pretty well known (in GOP circles) as being gay.
But you are fundamentally correct. Especially considering that Mrs. Vitter came out several years ago and proclaimed that she would cut off Mr. Vitter's penis if he ever strayed from her.
