my husband and i thumb wrestled to see who got the honor. *lol* actually, i think that was his way of testing the waters.
((he ended up winning the best of 3 matches.. ))
i told him i never wanted to get married, clearly he called my bluff...

I once had flowers delivered to a guy I really liked and he thought it was great since nobody had ever done that. So, I would have a dozen red roses delivered to a quiet and romantic restaurant and then I would get down on one knee and ask him to marry me. I would also make sure I had a ring to mark the occasion.

Well, I don't know that I'd want to be the one doing the proposing. If I was, I guess maybe at my house after a nice dinner, etc. Not in public though because I think that would kind of put him on the spot, you know?

I actually did propose to my husband. We were at the fair. He said no, but then he ended up proposing to me a few years later. I had had a few too many drinks though when I proposed to him...;-p

I'd pop the question when we were alone by the ocean. No, I wouldn't ask on one knee.

Girls hold out until he proposes. That way you will both know that it is for sure.

NO AND A WOMEN SHOULD NEVER BE THE ONE TO PROPOSE, BECAUSE SOME MEN WILL SAY YES BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS AND AFTER YOUR MARRIED HE WON'T BE FULLY COMMITTED LIKE HE WOULD IF HE WAS THE ONE THAT WANTED TO GET MARRIED
